Now that there’s bit of discussion on all these mouthwatering menus, George a friend of mine from England has just sent me an email to say that on Sunday he’s going to have 5 friends over for lunch and The menu will be Smoked Salmon, followed by Roast Rack of Lamb with red wine sauce, with cauliflower cheese, French green beans, roast potatoes and a dessert of Almond Plum tart!
