@matigo Talking about your move from class room to development position, our daughter is considering the opposite- at least Kind of, moving from being a lecturer in academia 1 to something like a software solution company I guess a role similar to Business Analyst in organizational culture, employee engagement etc. When she asked what I think of it, I said if she’s into academia, it might not be the right career direction.
Which I always thought she’s passionate about
