In May this year, I set up "inflightcuisine" - the online forum for passionate airline catering professionals. It was a 'spur of the moment' thought! Well… just to give you all a brief background, I first registered the inflightcuisine.com domain name a few months back on Februrary 25th, 2007. The idea has always been to create a place for world-wide community of airline catering professionals on the net.
As of today, there are some 23 members have registered on line and I'm really hoping that it will grow. However, as for forum posting, there aren't many, except on my own posts!
