@matigo Why do you say "partially-communicated…"? If the high-level & departmental goals are clearly articulated, there should not be any issue, right?
@matigo If people aren’t crazy another option could be taking advantage of human capital available in the country in enhancing services provided such as hospitality, ICT etc
@matigo Yes very sad state of affairs politically, economically and socially. The island’s major income from tourism has also been highly impacted.
