I registered another couple of domain names since my last post. They're sherpherdlodge.com, srilankanmac.com and most recently, airlinetales.com. With that, I've now changed my this Blog's URL to www.airlinetales.com, which I thought, much easier to remember and also it fits in with most of my stories here.
In May this year, I set up "inflightcuisine" - the online forum for passionate airline catering professionals. It was a 'spur of the moment' thought! Well… just to give you all a brief background, I first registered the inflightcuisine.com domain name a few months back on Februrary 25th, 2007. The idea has always been to create a place for world-wide community of airline catering professionals on the net.
As of today, there are some 23 members have registered on line and I'm really hoping that it will grow. However, as for forum posting, there aren't many, except on my own posts!
Here I'm again back from Paris! Need to catch up with my blog. Well.. I'm trying a some thing new tonight - to see how etco can help me to do my blog entries. Let's see how it goes in this one as I'm using etco to post this blog. More to come, hopefully, about my trip to Paris, if this works out my way ! Hey… I checked it out and seems pretty good and the post is published in my site in an eye blink!
After some long and sleepless nights over the weekend, I finally managed to get my homepage hosted and published in my own domain registered with GoDaddy. Ofcourse, as always, my favourite EmiratesMac community was great help and support to me, when I kind of got stuck in the process of up loading files on to the web host. Some times, I wonder, what would I do without help and advise from lovely bunch of people at EmiratesMac. Well.. Many Thanks guys!
